Repair Kopitiam is an initiative to bring the community together through repair so as to combat the throw away culture for a sustainable world. While it is easy to discard or perhaps recycle, we can still salvage the product by repairing it.

In engaging in repair, not only is one able to hone his technical skills, he or she will find the value in objects as well as learn valuable lessons in the process of repairing such as perseverance, discipline and patience.  Participants can bring almost anything that can be carried down and needs a new lease of life such as electrical appliances, clothes that need mending, or broken household items.
